Return and Refund Policy

If you’ve purchased a product, they can be returned within 30 days after purchase.
NO REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE!
If the product has been opened or used when returned you will receive a 30% refund from purchased price.
If product has not been used or opened when returned , you will receive a 90% refund from purchased price due to COVID/Monkeypox cleaning policies I have to take for returned products.
If product has been used completely and/or returned after 30 days, you will not be refunded.
RARE CASE! If you experience any bad reactions 24-48 hours after a service, you must call to come into spa and/or send pics to 470-485-3234 for CannaBSpa's records before moving forward. You have the option of a store credit on products or a full refund
