• If you have been in contact with anyone showing signs of COVID or Monkeypox, please reschedule your appointment.
• MASKS ARE OPTIONAL but please do not book an appointment if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. (All Estheticians doing services at CannaBSpa are required to wear masks)
• If appointment is cancelled due to illness or medical reasons, you will not be charged.
•  No shows will be charged 40% of service price. Please communicate :)
• Cancellation within 24 hours/Same day will be charged 10% from service price. 
• Cancellation 2 or more days before appointment will not be charged.

 *CBD that's THC FREE will not show up on a drug test. Most of CannaBSpa services are THC FREE, not all.

*CBD Topicals, Edibles with THC can stay in your system up to a week and can show up on a drug test.

*CANNABSPA WILL TREAT AGES 12-17 YEARS OLD WITH A PARENT'S CONSENT ONLY. For minors, we strictly customize any of our treatments to use just hemp-derived CBD with NO THC. No exceptions unless prescribed by a doctor.

*If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, you should NOT use any CBD treatments/products. Due to there not being enough studies with these type of cases.

*You can consult with your doctor or dermatologist before scheduling an appointment if you are taking any medical drugs. (optional)
